Love Dove

I've always love white bird.I even posted an entry a year before my wedding, that I would want to have a cage & white doves as part of the prop on my big day.... Click for my old entry on my wedding dreams.

I just learned recently doves and pigeons constitute the same bird family Columbidae. It's just that doves are much smaller in size as compared to pigeon.

So the day came by...
but we couldn't find any white dove... or even white pigeon...
yang ada cuma burung merbuk...
tapi merbuk juga keluarga merpati-Columbidae.*Sangkar yang baru saya catkan putih.

And that was us prior to releasing the birdies ;)

Look what had just landed today... ;)
I just gotten my parcel... Oh they are so beautiful!

But I was expecting them to be bigger but 8 inches in total length with 4 inches body isn't that bad... Each wing is 4.5 inches and they are adjustable for a unique touch to any arrangement!
There are also wire on each of its feet for easy attachment.

I have a flock to let go ;)
